Shipping & Ordering Policy
Order Placement Orders can be placed through the following methods:

Online, 24 hours a day, via our website.

By phone at (805)222-6741, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.

By email at sales@puebco.us (please do not include credit card information in your email). A representative from Puebco.US will contact you during regular business hours to process the order.

- $2000 - $2,999.99 = $200
- $3,000 - $3,999.99 = $300
- $4,000 - $4,999.99 = $400
- $5,000+ = FREE!

Shipping Providers: We use UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL for most orders, with tracking information available. USPS is used for shipments to P.O. Box destinations, though tracking may not be available in such cases.

International and Remote Area Shipping: For shipments to international destinations, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on live rates from USPS or UPS, depending on the destination and product weight. Please contact us with any international shipping rate questions.

Please note that tracking information for USPS shipments may be limited, and we cannot guarantee a delivery date for international shipments.

Shipping costs do not include taxes, tariffs, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Note: Furniture and items exceeding 40 lbs cannot be shipped internationally.

Damaged Shipments If your shipment is received damaged, please notify Puebco.US within 24 hours of receipt, either by phone or email. You must open all packaging and inspect the contents immediately. If any items are damaged, it is your responsibility to refuse the shipment upon delivery.
Order Processing

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our distribution center for processing and shipment preparation. We are unable to alter or cancel an order once it has been processed and queued for shipment.

Address Changes: Small parcel address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed. Once the order is in the shipping queue, we are unable to modify its destination address.

Tracking Information: Tracking information is typically available for select carriers but may take up to 72 hours to appear in third-party tracking systems.

Estimated Shipping Times: Estimated shipping times are provided on each product page. These times are approximate and depend on product availability. In the event of out-of-stock or backordered items, we will notify you with a new estimated shipment date, at which point you can choose to:

Keep the order as is.

Work with our design team to find suitable alternatives (free of charge).

Cancel the item or the entire order.

Order Cancellations: Once an order has been placed in the shipping queue, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, you must contact us in writing at sales@puebco.us. Cancellations are not guaranteed after an order has been released for shipment.
Order Changes and Returns

Changes to orders that have already been processed for shipment cannot be accommodated.
