ORDERING

First, click on the product image or product name to view the item details. If needed, adjust the quantity you wish to purchase then click the Add to Bag button.

When you are ready to checkout, you have two options to choose from. You can click the Checkout button right after you've added an item to your cart or you can click on the Bag button in the upper right hand section of every page.

When viewing the entire contents of your cart clicking on the Checkout button at the bottom right of the page will take you to the page to fill out your delivery and payment information.

Upon completing these fields, just click Pay Now. A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly.

We accept a variety of payments including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay, & Shop Pay

You can request to cancel your order by contacting us at sales@puebco.us providing your order information and reason to cancel.

Items that are in transit or unable to be canceled prior to shipment are subject to our return policies and associated fees.

SHIPPING

For in-stock items, orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Please note that limited quantities may apply. For any other product please contact us at sales@puebco.us for detailed handling time.

After shipping, delivery usually takes an additional 1-5 business days.

Orders placed before 12:00 AM (EST) will be processed according to the timeline above.

Orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping. For all other orders, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies.

Returns

We hope that you love your items when they are delivered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase. Note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for special orders, items that have been installed, mattresses and/or foundations no longer in their original packaging, wallpaper, perishable items, wallpaper samples, rug samples and other items as designated on the product pages as final sale. Other exclusions may apply. Please contact us for details at sales@puebco.us for any additional questions. 

Customers must contact us as sales@puebco.us in advance of returning items to receive a Return Authorization Number and appropriate instructions. Returns sent that do not include Return Authorization will NOT be accepted.

All returns & exchanges must be post-marked within 30-days of the initial delivery date without exception.

Exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business day. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage.
