Shipping & Delivery

Due to recent carrier shipping constraints and work restrictions due to COVID-19, we’re facing extended shipping timelines and delivery timelines on many items. In some cases, there will be a delay from when your shipping label is created, and when FedEx, UPS and USPS physically pick up items from our warehouses. Additionally, some items are subject to further processing lead times, so please refer to the individual product pages for the most up-to-date information on a product-specific basis. The shipping time frame presented on each product reflects the estimated processing time before the item leaves our warehouse. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same shipment. Please refer to your tracking information to see if exceptions to estimated delivery times has been adjusted. Please know, we are working to keep customers as up to date as possible and to notify clients of extended lead times. 

In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, but shows delivered to the shipping address associated with the order, PUEBCO will not be liable for non-receipt of goods or replacement of goods. PUEBCO  will assist in filing a trace and claim with the respective carrier to assist client in locating lost parcels. 

Parcels that are unclaimed or refused will be subject to applicable return and re-stocking fees and will not be considered cancelled.

We hope that you love your items when they are delivered and our design team works to select high-quality and craftsmanship across our collection. 

Rates are calculated at checkout based on live rates from the United States Postal Service, FedEx or DHL and product weight information. Please note, tracking information is limited for shipments and we cannot guarantee a delivery date on International deliveries. If you are interested in expedited International delivery options please inquire.

Cost of shipping to International destinations does not include the cost of taxes, tariffs or other customs fees. All taxes, tariffs and other customs fees are the responsibility of the receiver. Please note, furniture and items weighing over 40 lbs cannot be shipped to International destinations without requesting a quotation in advance of ordering.

International shipping lead times can be longer than the domestic lead times listed on the product page. 

If you have an APO address, please contact us in advance of making purchases to confirm the item(s) you are interested in can be shipped to your address via USPS.
